Our Goal

Our goal is to provide the highest quality landscape work available. We continually strive to maintain and improve our exacting standards. All of our work, including design, installation and maintenance, is designed to achieve the best possible combination of sustainability, function, and beauty. Additionally, all the work we do is carefully thought through to best combine the desires of our clients, the needs of the plants, and consideration for our environment. We are a group of thoughtful and caring artisans and craftsmen and we take great pride in our work.

We will gladly explain any plant we use, any technique we employ, and any decision we make regarding the work we do on your property. We prefer to keep our customers well-informed in the decision-making process and let them be familiar with the procedures we use so they derive a sense of comfort as part of dealing with an exceptional and caring company. We also want to demonstrate our absolute focus on quality and ethical business practices.

Horticulture as Science

Gardening (horticulture) is a vague science at best. There are many variables that can affect plant performance. This is especially true for Southern Nevada, with of our severe climates and soils. While we try to anticipate and prevent all potential problems, plants sometimes fail due to circumstances beyond our control or understanding. Typically, our failure rate for new plantings ranges from 0 to 5% in the first year. We are first and foremost plant people, and we strive to do everything in our power to take great care in plant selection, planting, irrigation and maintenance.

Limited Warranty

However, because there are many factors that are completely beyond our control, we only warranty plants at our discretion. There are some factors we have no control over that can cause plant loss. These include power failures, weather, water shut-offs, inappropriate irrigation schedules, and the intervention of clients, guests, and animals in the landscape.

• If a plant failure occurs due to some lapse of care or selection on our part, we will replace the plant(s) at no charge, for a period of 6 months from date of installation completion.

• If a failure exists in infrastructure (irrigation, hardscape, etc.) due to faulty work on our part, we will repair at no cost for 12 months from the date of installation completion.

We ask that you please understand our difficult position in this; we cannot give an ironclad warranty on living beings that are largely beyond our control, especially when we cannot check or maintain it on a regular basis, unless we are hired to do so. Please know that we always seek to provide our customers with the highest value of service available. There are many ways we receive great satisfaction from performing excellent quality horticulture, but none is greater than the joy of having very pleased customers.
